So there is a lot of easy vocabulary to learn and often the vocabulary and grammar is repeated which makes it even easier to remember. There are many poems with a rhyme at the end of the line which can help you with pronunciation. Here's an example: II'd like to play with tigers, Tigers in the zoo; But people tell me that would be A dreadful thing to do. Those tigers they would eat me And chew me up to bits; And Father would be furious And Mother would have fits But I know some tigers As tame as tame could be And when I go to sleep at night They come and play with me. They lift me on their backs and I Can ride them, fast or slow. The tigers that I dream about Are very nice to know. The poems are about all sorts of things, from animals to insects to playing. You will also find poems about the weather and birds and even a Chinese prince named Tsing. You will enjoy this book too because the font is quite large and very clear.
