The book I strongly recommend [2008/2009] If you have ever read the book or watched the drama of ‘Tuesdays with Morris’ , definitely you should not miss ‘The Last Lecture’ by Randy Pausch,, an ex- computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon. No one can deny that life is fragile. We all cannot predict what we will happen to us the next minute. It sounds a little bit sad, right? However, we can make our life be more meaningful and appreciated if we can treasure every moment when we are on earth. Randy Pausch, having been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, still sacrificed his family time to give lectures to others. This book talks about his last lecture which is not about dying but the importance of overcoming obstacles, of enabling the dreams of others and so on. Making our dreams come true seems to be easily said than done. So, let us read this book and hope it can give you an insight. Level: Highly recommend to F.4 to F.7 students Recommended by: Miss Wong Yin Shan
