I trust that many people see the book name will think this book definitely about chemistry naturally as is book name call'Atomic Habits' Just started i also believe that this book must about chemistry.But when i read for a while i start to understand this book about people how to build their habits and change their bad habits.Futhermore,this book also about people how to reduce stress and achieve their goals.This book have one example is the formation of a habit.The ice cube currently twenty-five degrees it not melt,twenty-six,twenty-seven,twenty-nine,thirty degrees.Until thirty-two degrees.The ice begins to melt.Through this example.I want to bring out a truth.Just like people,you may not see the effect if you just stick to a habit just now,but as long as you stick to it for a period of time,such as two months or three months,the habits will form naturally and the results will be significiant.Thus it seems that this book extremely interesting.
