"King Lear" (1605) is based on the historical legends of ancient Britain: King Lear, aged and unconscious, assigned the kingdom to the hypocritical eldest daughter Reagan and his second daughter, Gunnar, but honestly would not please the father The young daughter of Cody Lixia deported abroad. Lear himself only retained the king's honorific number and a hundred attendants, ready to take turns living in two daughter's home to enjoy their old age. Who expected the two eldest daughter to achieve their purpose after the original demeanor, the father out of the house, King Lear suffered the pain of displaced. In a thunderstorm night thunderstorms, the fleeing King Lear ran to the wilderness, shouting at heaven crying his own grief and helplessness. King Lear's monologue against the heavens in the midst of the torrential rains, while showing us a painful soul, also revealed the process of human nature awakening of this alienated king of rights. The little daughter learns about the encounter with King Lear, has raised two soldiers and cried two sisters, and has unfortunately not been killed. King Lear also died in grief. From the standpoint of humanism, Shakespeare criticized the human relations of hypocrisy in capitalist society through the civil conflicts of the royal family and the ups and downs of King Lear. It affirmed the moral principle of compassion and fraternity.
